Now being fit is something I believe is truly necessary.
I don’t mean you have to be pumped up like Arnold, but you do need some sort of physical fitness if you plan on keeping yourself safe from would be attackers.
So here is what I offer….ready for it….RUN.
Yes you heard me, RUN!
Now you are probably reading this thinking I am absolutely crazy but I truly think that this is the only way to go. Now this mainly goes for the woman but the guys can do it too.
The only reason I am picking on the woman is because statistically they are the ones that get targeted by muggers, rapists, and murders.
I try and run at least 1 mile a day. I am not saying you need to do this but you should try some sort of physical fitness in order to be able to defend yourself better.
Just think about all the benefits this would entail. Not only would you become healthier but you would also be able to out run any would be attackers.
There is just nothing wrong with working out a little bit each and every day.
If all else fails and you know that you cant run or do anything of the sort because of a health condition or whatever, there is always pepper spray. I’m just sayin…
