In What States Is Pepper Spray Illegal?

Well this my friend is a great question. Most people think that pepper spray is fine to have anywhere and everywhere you go. Let me tell you that this is not the case.
Below you will find the following states that pepper spray is either illegal to have and or illegal to ship to.
The main reason I am writing this, in case you were wondering, is because soooo many people order pepper spray off of my site when it says clearly which states I can ship to and which ones I cannot. So if you are one of those people, I forgive you. Just next time read the fine print before going all shop crazy on me. Here you go, I ever set it up as a little FAQ for ya. Hope you enjoy!
Can I Legally Buy Pepper Spray Through the Mail?
You can´t buy pepper spray by mail or through the internet from Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
Pepper Spray Laws in Massachusetts
What is the pepper spray law in Massachusetts? Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense pepper sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state. You must have Firearms Identification card (FID).
Pepper Spray Laws in California
What is the pepper spray law in California? Misuse of tear gas in California comes with state penalties of up to a $1000 fine and/or up to three years in prison, not to mention a possible felony conviction on record. Examples of misuse include using tear gas on people in anger, spraying it as a joke, or possession of tear gas by prohibited persons. Minors, drug addicts or persons convicted of felonies, assault or misuse of tear gas are legally prohibited from possessing tear gas, although there are few barriers to procurement of tear gas by these people. To be legally purchased, possessed or used in California, any canister must have a label that says “WARNING: The use of this substance or device for any purpose other than self-defense is a crime under the law. The contents are dangerous–use with care.” The maximum legal net weight for a canister is 2.5 ounces, or 70 grams of OC.
Places Where You Can Never Carry Pepper Spray
Are there places where I can never carry pepper spray? Yes. You cannot carry pepper spray on board commercial aircraft. This is a Federal crime that can carry up to a $25,000 dollar fine. It is OK to carry pepper spray in your checked baggage although it is highly recommended that you notify the ticketing agent before he/she checks your bag. Also since September 11th you may have issues when carrying pepper spray into secured locations such as State buildings, Federal buildings or any other places where you may pass through a security checkpoint. Although there are no laws that we are aware of you should use your common sense here.
The Pepper Spray Laws in Wisconson
What is the pepper spray law in Wisconson? Pepper only. No Tear gas, UV Dye or combination pepper sprays. OC can be no stronger then a 10% solution. Can must be between 15-60 grams only.
The Pepper Spray Law in Michigan
What is the pepper spray law in Michigan? OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination spray allowed.

Should I have a Gun In My House?

Well there this seems to be the age old question now a days. With crime at an all time high and terrorists running rapid what should you do. Should I keep a gun in my home or are there other alternatives?
What a great question. Let me explain a few things in regards to having a gun in the home.
First off I don’t think it is wrong to have a gun in the home. Many of my friends have guns and are always talking about how safe it keeps them. I think their right. Having a gun under my pillow or wherever else would make me feel safe too.
Since guns can be pretty expensive there are a couple things you should consider before going out and buying one.
1.) Do you have kids? I know gun lovers hate this question but it is important. If you have kids you might want to consider having some other means of protection in the home. That is definitely something you would not want to deal with if it were to happen, and believe me, it has.
2.) Do you live in a bad neighborhood? Well this is another good one. If you live in an area know for crime then having a gun might not be so bad. But if you live in a nice neighborhood unfamiliar with crime why not 
have something a little less lethal?
What ever you choose to do is up to you. Your safety is important and I would want nothing less than my readers to feel safe.

Why Carry A Metal Baton
Although this may seem like a stupid question there are a couple things one should realize about metal batons.
1.) They are extremely small and compact.
2.) They open up like a light saber and are virtually indestructible.
There that’s all I have to say about em.
Just kidding. Although there isn’t much you can say about metal batons there are a few more things you should know. A metal baton is perfect for woman. Why you ask? Well like states before, a metal baton can fit in your pocket or purse and has an awesome grip to prevent slippage.
Another thing I thought I would add is metal batons have lengths ranging anywhere from 1 foot to 3 feet. That’s a nice little weapon to have with you when you get into a scuffle let me tell you.
Oh man I almost forgot. The one thing that is most important is the price. Even though they are soooooo tough they are very inexpensive. They will run you anywhere from $15.00 to $45.00 and are well worth the investment.

Top Ten Martial Arts

10 = Judo: This one came as a suprise to me since it is so popular.
9 = Aikido: My personal favorite. Hapkido was derived from this martial art and has proven very helpful in dangerous situations.
8 = Krav Maga: A favorite among law enforcement. This is a martial art that will take someone down once learned properly.
7 = Jujutsu: We all know what this is. A good time.
6 = Ninjutsu: Ninja turtles anyone? I have no other way to explain it except for this being the martial art Ninjas practice.
5 = Taekwondo: I have taken this art before also. A perfect combo of this and Hapkido can be deadly.
4 = Kung fu: One of the favorites among movie lovers.
3 = Karate: The karate kid brought this one out. Karate is the American favorite.
2 = Brazilian Jiu-jitsu: Almost the same as regular Jiu-Jitsu just a few variations.
1 = Muay Thai: This is also known as Korean Kick boxing. An awesome martial art that takes all things into account. Using superior kicking abilities and awesome punch combos, this martial art is nothing to mess with.
